Children need special attention, an attention of love and happiness, and a lot of space to discover their own creativity.
In my lessons I will explore with your children the world of movements, sounds and breath. We discover in a playful way how we can move our body in different Yoga postures and connect every movement with names and stories about animals and fantasy creatures.
Dance gives children a moment, where they can express their emotions and feelings through movement and sound. When you start in a young age with yoga, your child learns in an unconscious way to get in tune with the inner selves, which can be very beneficial for the older age. The body gets in a gentle way physical active and it also helps to tone the body and massages the inner organs. Your child learns how to calm and be aware of the senses and mind in a playful way.
